“Um, yes, um, I live in a community on Highway 528 between Heidelberg and Bay Springs. I see three German Shepherd dogs at a trailor, two are on chains, with no shade, that never seem to get water. I know they don’t have any water because I see the water buckets are turned over. This looks bad for our community and our people. In the Bible it says to treat your animals good. I hope that these folks will get those dogs water every day and do better. I don’t wanna have to call the law to them because they are my neighbors, but I will if they don’t. Please take care of and be kind to your pets. Thank you.” ––Female
